Vehicle Crime - Southwood Drive

Hi Resident

Two vehicles believed to be locked and secured have been accessed by an unknown instrument on Sunday 7th September at 02:07hrs.  An untidy search was made and a wallet stolen. 

You may already be aware, due to Baxenden Watch, last night on Hameldon Avenue two males were disturbed trying car doors at 20:59hrs.  At the same time residents reported suspicious activity and a direction of travel was obtained, this resulted in officers attending the locations reported. 

The Neighbourhood  policing team will assist officers dealing with the investigations where possible and retrieve any cctv in relation to these incidents.

Please remain vigilant and continue to report incidents on 101 or 999 if you witness a crime in progress.
